The Challenge

Huron Capital, a national private equity firm based in Detroit, Michigan, required a complete overhaul of its website. Before design work could begin, MVP consulted with Huron on its brand messaging, which emerged as “We Invest in People. We Build Leaders.”

Our Solution

MVP translated this new leadership theme into a variety of striking home page banners, which add visual interest to the site. Key constituents, such as business owners, intermediaries and operating executives are served through clear and efficient left side navigation as well the “Why Huron” tab.

A secure login area for current HCP investors, video resources, news updates and a calendar of speaking engagements have been incorporated into the site to better engage users and provide opportunities to connect with the firm.

The Result

Built on the free, Open Source WordPress content management system (CMS), the Huron site is fully editable by the firm’s administrative staff without the need for outside programming assistance, saving the client time and money. Huron’s new online investment has clearly paid off with the firm receiving accolades and inquiries from deal sources and stakeholders alike.
